Message	on. They definitely look to be quicker and easier than the 2 and 3 bolt flanges. We don't use a v-band setup on the bikes but the outer band of the clamp is the same and it's used to hold part of the exhaust to the bike. It's a Harley based engine so it's exposed to a lot of vibration and heat and the band would occasionally just snap.
